  1. I love you Baba, fly free. I’m proud to be your daughter and forever grateful.

One day I’ll see you on the other side.

  2. Thank you Dad for all that you have provided for your children and grandchildren. The life and opportunities of a new world. In your sacrifice of your own family and homeland, I hope we make you proud and know you will continue to watch over us. You have a BIG love for your family and for that I am deeply grateful. In love and memory, your daughter Rima.

  3. Len, thank you for welcoming me into your family.
Generous and gracious best typifies our times together and it invariably always seemed to revolve around food.
Those countless and thoughtful conversations you shared with us enriched our minds
The endless encouragement to be our best selves will never be forgotten.
The love for your children and grandchildren is what kept you fighting the good fight.
You life has been an inspiration of grit and stoicism and right to the end you did it your way without a whimper.
    Eonia I Mnimi (Memory Eternal)
    Love always your son-in-law

  4. Len
As a friend to your wonderful daughter Rima, it was an honor to know you. Thank you for always making me feel loved & welcome in your home & for always having wise words & good advice no matter what hardships life delivered. May the strength you showed until the end give strength to your loved ones moving forward.
    Rest in peace.

  5. Goodbye dad, but only for now,
I’ll see you again, there is no doubt
A tall young man wearing white is near, extending his arms with a smile so profound
    Lighting up your soul,
He will approach and embrace you with a love you never thought existed.
Whispering in your ear, “ you are home now and I love you my boy -you are now safe in my arms”!
He will show you his wounds received on the cross and as you touch each one, every pain you suffered melting away
For every suffering you offered to him, will not go unnoticed and will bring you closer to heaven where your loved ones await.
Where your mum climbed Jacobs ladder she is still there above, holding your hand and waiting with love.
Her Joy will be grand with a banquet prepared
Leave your worries behind because Jesus has it all planned.
Jesus will make sure your wishes, so rest in your heart.
You will see how short our life was in the grander scheme of eternity.
You will see how your forgiveness of the suffering done by others, leaves you in eternal happiness.
Do not be afraid Mother Mary is near, fighting off the attacks her power is clear
Find that beautiful light, that glow in the dark and don’t look back now, just follow that road.
Now all that really matters is seeing Gods face, yes the God that created your soul in this sad soulless place.
Thank you for caring and trying your best, for your sacrifices and efforts, instilled in time and space
Remember I love you and we will meet again in a place where suffered souls enjoy Gods face.
A place where people around won’t Judge you anymore, for you will be a true son of God in peace in his heart.
    Your daughter
    Miriam Obeid
